Fixed Wireless Broadband is one of the newest and most exciting methods of Internet delivery, able to reach almost anywhere within a certain distance from a fixed base, such as a tower. This technology is something new for our area, and adds to the choices that customers already have. Many customers are limited to a satellite dish, or maybe a hotspot from their cellular phone company, and they constantly ask us whether other options are available. Even customers with more choices are far from happy. We've heard many complaints about local Internet service providers: about their lack of reliability, slow speeds, and poor customer service. Many customers feel trapped because they don't have better options.

Q: How does the service work?
A: A small device is installed on the outside of your house to receive signal from a high location like a tower, where our equipment is installed and broadcasting. This signal from the tower is caught by the device on your house, and wired to the inside. Once inside your house the connections are typical - computers can be plugged in, or a wireless router added.

A: Different plans get different speeds, so you can get a connection that's as fast as you need. Even our most affordable plan is at least 100x faster than dial-up, and is more than fast enough for streaming videos and music, not to mention normal web browsing. Q: My current provider charges me more or cuts down my speeds when I hit a certain data usage amount. Will my service stop, cost more, or slow down once I hit a certain amount of downloads?
A: No. Your service is unlimited, and your speeds stay constant, even if you download a lot. We will not slow you down, or cut you off, or charge you more, no matter how much data you use.

Q: Can I move around with my service?
A: This service is based on a fixed point location. It doesn't use cellular technology, and is not portable - it can't travel with you. If you want to move around in your home or business, a wifi router can be connected to our service to allow things like laptops, tablets, or phones to connect wirelessly.

A: Let us know you want it! Fill out the form on our Sign Up page to show interest, and a real live person will respond to you to talk about your location and coverage. You'll get the chance to read over our terms and conditions, and you'll be signed up for an account in our system. Then we'll make an appointment with you to have an installer visit your location and install the equipment.

A: We love to hear from anyone who's interested in our service, even if you're outside our service area. We're already looking forward to expansion in the future, and knowing where we have potential customers is key. Q: You say there are no complicated paper bills. How will I pay for my service?
A: When you sign up for service with us, you create an account in our online system. Your profile will include your credit card information, stored securely. Every month, your card is billed for the same amount. There are no surprises, no overage charges, no variable fees, no special promotional or limited time deals, and no contracts. The amount billed to your card won't change unless you decide to change your service.

Q: I only live in the area part time, and for months at a time my home is empty. Do I need to pay for my Internet the whole time?
A: Nope! For a very small monthly fee, if you let us know when you're leaving we can turn off your connection but keep your account active. Then all you need to do is let us know when you're in your home again and your Internet can be turned back on with little to no delay.

Q: I need a fixed IP address along with my Internet service, can you provide me one with my Internet service?
A: Yes we can, but not with every plan. Currently fixed IP services are only available with our two highest tier plans, Gold and Platinum, for an additional small monthly fee. Please Contact Us if this is a service that you need.
