Q: How does the service work?
A: Radio frequencies! A small device is installed on the outside of your house to receive signal from a high location like a tower, where our equipment is installed and broadcasting. This signal from the tower is caught by the device on your house, and wired to the inside. The connections are typical once inside your house - computers can be plugged in, or a wireless router added.

A: No. Your service is unlimited, even if you download a lot. We will not slow you down, or cut you off, or charge you more, no matter how much data you use.

A: This service is based on a fixed point location. It doesn't use cellular technology, and is not portable - it can't travel with you. If you want to move around in your home or business, a wifi router can be connected to our service to allow things like laptops, tablets, or phones to connect wirelessly.

A: When you have for service with us, you will have an account in our online system. Your profile will include your credit card information, stored securely, which you can make change anytime. Every month, your card is billed for the same amount. There are no surprises, no overage charges, no variable fees, no special promotional or limited time deals, and no contracts. The amount billed to your card won't change unless you decide to change your service. You will be emailed, so it is automated and paperless.

Q: I only live in the area part time, and for months at a time my home is empty. Do I need to pay for my Internet the whole time?
A: Nope! We can change your billing to a very small monthly fee, if you let us know when you're leaving. We can turn off your connection but keep your account active. Then all you need to do is let us know when you're in your home again and your Internet can be turned back on with little to no delay. We will suspend or bill in 30 day increments, so ask us about further details for this process.

Q: I need a fixed IP address along with my Internet service, can you provide me one with my Internet service?
A: Yes we can, but not with every plan. Currently fixed/static IP services are only available with our two highest tier plans, Gold and Platinum, for an additional small monthly fee. Please Contact Us if this is a service that you need.
